KGV SMART MOTOR
A KGV SMART MOTOR is an electric motor that is integrated into the hub of a vehicle’s wheel which directly drives the vehicle wheels. These vehicle hub motors are used in the application of E-mobility to drive trains in electric vehicles which can give the solution of an easy wheel drive system in the 2-wheeler or 4-wheel drive system.
KGV E-POWER HOUSE
The KGV E-POWER HOUSE is used to control and manage the power output through the motor, digital meter, and other accessories in hybrid electric vehicles. The KGV E-POWER HOUSE is single-phase with a power range of 1-2.5KW, a voltage range of 36-72V with a current supply of 20-40A.
DUEL FUEL THROTTLE
The DUEL FUEL THROTTLE is based on a Hall effect magnetic sensor for long operational life for the throttle speed controlled by the switches as Low-Medium-High and also for ForwordReverse direction.
DC/DC CONVERTER
A DC/DC converter is an electromechanical device that converts the direct current source from one level to another level that's high to low or vice versa. These DC/DC converters are used in high to low conversion in this application for 72/60/48V to 12 Volts
HARNESS
Wire and accessories contain the wiring, male and female connectors, and battery box with other accessories to require the battery box fixing

After the successful installation of the KGV Plug-in hybrid Electric kit. The rider is ready to go. The rider will simply input the key into the keyhole designated for the electric mode and can simply apply the throttle without engaging any gears.For switching back to the petrol mode, the rider just simply needs to remove the key from KGV-designed electric keyhole and insert into the keyhole provided by the respective OEM ,folloing which the rider can run the motorcyle in petrol mode The working mechanism of electric vehicles involves a driver’s input through the throttle, which is controlled by the controller for determining the need of power used by motors. The **Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery gives the power in form of electrical energy to the wheel hub motor that converts the electrical energy into mechanical power, for the driver to control the vehicle's speed and direction by the controller. Furthermore, the DC/DC converter regulates the voltage level for the distribution of electricity to the lighting system. This integrated system will allow the electric vehicles to move forward or in reverse direction, responding to the driver inputs.Distribution of weight was taken care by giving battery on back side and fixing the hub motor in front wheel to balance the weight and ensure a smooth drive.
